These groups are supportive in nature lasting 90 mins once a month on the second Sunday of the month from 5.30pm to 7pm. This is your safe place to connect with others with similar issues, to gain strength and comfort from them and to share your pain. This group is moderated by 2 to 3 psychiatrists and also involves a therapeutic element in the form of mindfulness, relaxation and cognition exercises.
