Dr K Durga Damodaran is a family physician based in Thoraipakkam and has recently returned from United Kingdom after specialising in family medicine. After completing her undergrduation from a reputed university in India Dr Durga moved to UK to specialise in Family medicine in 2005. After doing her basic medical rotations, she completed her higher specialty training in family medicine and has been practicing in UK since. She worked as a full time family physician catering to the wide variety of patient population. Her training included Geriatric medicine (elderly care), Paediatrics, Gynaecology, General medicine including Dermatology, Psychiatry and General Surgery. She developed an interest in diabetes due to rising incidence of diabetes among Asian population and completed her Diploma course in Dialectology from Wales university, UK. She also completed her training in cosmetology and is qualified to use Botox injections and dermal fillers for face.

She is also trained in administering Botox and dermal filler in the face to improve the aesthetic appearance.

She constantly reads journals and attends courses to keep herself abreast of latest developments.
